What We Believe:
Southern Baptists have prepared a statement of generally held convictions called the Baptist Faith and Message. Wrightsdale Baptist Church is in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message. Click here to read it in its entirety .

Our Purpose:
At Wrightsdale Baptist Church we believe that God has uniquely gifted us to accomplish His kingdom purposes. This "direction" from God helps us define our purpose. We define "vision" as the unique role God has for our church in this generation.

Our Core Values:
Core values are those truths that are held so deeply by our church that they cannot be compromised. They are not doctrinal statements though they may contain elements of theological positions. These are the things that make us weep and pound the table.

• We believe true worship is humble adoration, praise, and thanksgiving expressed to a holy God; therefore, we will emphasize attitude, lifestyle, and depth of experience rather than methods or style, which may change.
• We believe that proclaiming the free gift of salvation is every member's responsibility and the primary ministry of the church; therefore, we will seek to employ every method possible to include every member possible in the work of evangelism, here and around the world.
• We believe true biblical fellowship involves more than parties and food; therefore, we will seek to build relationships within the Body of Christ while expecting and holding one another accountable to an authentic, loving relationship with our Lord.
• We believe that God works in answer to prayer; therefore, we will seek to maintain prayer as a priority ministry of the church.
• We believe that Christ-followers should faithfully serve the Lord; therefore, we will provide a process for new believers to learn to worship God, love others, and serve the world.
